2. Incentivize, Recruit & Retain Good Teachers
and Help Them Get Back to Basics.
Listen, support and help educators create and implement policies, plans and procedures, that are necessary to ensure good order and discipline in the classroom, reduce unnecessary administrative tasking, and allow our dedicated teachers to focus on teaching our children to read, write, master essential math skills, think critically, and effect positive cultural change through informed constitutional citizenship.

3. Encourage Parents to be Fully Engaged in the Education Process.
Promote healthy family relationships and work creatively with all ECSD stakeholders to continually raise the bar in the public education of our children. Provide helpful resources and support where needed.

4. Never allow anyone to deal secretly with our children.
Always building them up and never allowing anyone to drive a wedge between students and the parents/guardians who love them.
